Rules & Regulations

Applicant may be: born in, raised in, live or have lived in, work in, go to school in or have graduated from the state for which she wishes to compete.

Applicant must be a person of good moral character and must conduct herself in a dignified and professional manner at all times while representing the Ms. American United States Pageant.

Ms. Woman applicants must be 30 years of age or older and may be single, married, divorced or widowed; Ms. applicants must be between 20 and 29 years of age and may be single, married, divorced or widowed; Teen applicants must be between 13 and 19 years of age and single.

If seleced as one of the 3 age division winners, applicant must agree to attend and participate in the Ms. American United States National Pageant in Orlando, Florida, July , 2003.

If seleced as one of the 3 age division winners, applicant must agree to sign a Winner's Agreement, required by all state winners. There is no non-compete clause. You are free to compete in any other pageant system as long as you meet your appearance obligations and attend the national event.

Applicant understands that the judges' decisions are final.

Applicant understands that all fees are non-refundable.
